What is Voodoo Fitness?
Voodoo Fitness is a comprehensive training program designed to meet or exceed everyday function in real life. Workouts vary in both intensity and exercises. This program is GUARENTEED to help you reach your goals in life, whatever they may be. Most people fill different shoes on a daily basis, and this program will help you fill them all.
All sessions last an hour and currently take place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. *Afternoon Sessions Coming Soon!
